Domestic Orders (U.A.E Only)

Delivery is free for all orders over AED 100. Otherwise, delivery is AED 15. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days. For regions outside city limits, it might take a few more days.

You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.

International Orders

For international orders, shipping rates are preloaded during checkout. Shopmanzil does not charge or collect taxes or duties for international orders. If applicable, it will be charged by the courier at the time of delivery. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 7 to 14 business days.

For international orders, We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.
