OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your items as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can get your items sooner.
SHOPMANZIL offers free shipping on qualified orders in the U.A.E. For international orders, shipping rates are preloaded during checkout.
Domestic Orders (U.A.E Only)
Delivery is free for all orders over AED 100. Otherwise, delivery is AED 15. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days. For regions outside city limits, it might take a few more days.
You can return your product up to 30 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed, or damaged.
International Orders
For international orders, shipping rates are preloaded during checkout. Please note that SHOPMANZIL does not charge or collect taxes or duties for international orders. If applicable, it will be charged by the courier at the time of delivery. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer one-time free returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging.
For international orders, We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.
INS AND OUTS OF THE SHOPMANZIL RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- All returns must be related to a SHOPMANZIL.com order. SHOPMANZIL does not offer returns on items purchased outside of SHOPMANZIL.com.
- We offer a one-time size exchange at no additional cost. However, for any subsequent exchanges, there will be a charge of 25 AED, as these costs are associated with courier services.
- All returns must be processed within 14 days of the original purchase.
- All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. SHOPMANZIL does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on SHOPMANZIL.com for the correct item.
SHOPMANZIL does not price match with dealers or competitors.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
- Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
- You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
- Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA# or original order number.
