Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible. To ensure a swift process, we work diligently to process your order promptly.
SHOPMANZIL offers free shipping on qualified orders within the U.A.E. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Domestic Orders (U.A.E Only)
Enjoy free delivery on orders over AED 100. For orders under AED 100, a delivery fee of AED 15 applies. Standard delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days. For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
International Orders
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that SHOPMANZIL does not collect taxes or duties for international shipments. Any applicable fees will be charged by the courier upon delivery. International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.
We endeavor to expedite order processing and shipping. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a one-time free return for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, non-customized, and in its original packaging.
For international orders, returns are at the customer's expense. Please use a standard trackable shipping service.
SHOPMANZIL Return Policy Details
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- All returns must relate to a purchase from SHOPMANZIL.com. Returns are not accepted for items purchased elsewhere.
- We offer a one-time size exchange at no additional cost. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of AED 25 to cover courier costs.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit or gift cards for returned items.
For exchanges, please return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the correct item on SHOPMANZIL.com.
SHOPMANZIL does not offer price matching with dealers or competitors.
Shipping Your Return
When shipping your return, please follow these guidelines:
- Securely pack your item to prevent damage during transit.
- Use the original packaging or a suitable alternative, ensuring old tracking numbers are removed.
- Include any relevant paperwork, such as your RMA number or original order number, inside the package.
