FREE Shipping is available if you're ordering eligible items for delivery within the U.A.E. Orders that include 100 AED qualify for FREE Shipping. Orders below 100 AED will be charged at 15 AED.
We typically deliver in 2-5 working days. For regions outside city limits, it might take a few more days.
No, you won't be able to change it online. But you can ask for a change of address when our delivery partner calls you before delivering your order. If you choose to do that, though, remember that it may delay the delivery.
No. Delivery usually occurs between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. If you are not available, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new date and time that is convenient for you.
We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you'd like us to deliver to multiple addresses, send your purchases as separate orders to different addresses. You can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.

Yes, please keep your valid ID handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order. Accepted forms of ID include either your passport or Emirates ID.
Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own (Passport or Emirates ID).
Cancellation & Returns
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process. Use our Returns Center to return your products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. It's that simple!
Yes, you will. We will not deduct shipping charges from your refund.
Yes, you can return your order at the time of delivery.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
All cash on delivery orders are refunded back into your bank account. We will be requiring your account details for this process.
Cash on delivery fee is a non refundable free that is collected by the courier companies for COD services.
Yes, your VAT will be refunded to you. Just make sure that you include your invoice when you make a return.
