We want to get you your items as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can get your items sooner.

SHOPMANZIL offers free shipping on qualified orders in the U.A.E. We do not ship internationally yet.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.

INS AND OUTS OF THE SHOPMANZIL RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a SHOPMANZIL.com order. SHOPMANZIL does not offer returns on items purchased outside of SHOPMANZIL.com.
  • All returns must be processed within 14 days of original purchase.
  • All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. SHOPMANZIL does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on SHOPMANZIL.com for the correct item.

SHOPMANZIL does not price match with dealers or competitors.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA# or original order number.
